What We Focus On

Our Business Growth Accelerator programme, developed after years of research and in-depth field study, is designed to help SMEs scale-up their venture, make it more profit-oriented, investment ready and develop their entrepreneurial leadership. The BGA supports the growth ambitions of enterprises as there are several barriers, as seen above, which hamper the growth.

BGA is designed in such way that it addresses the challenges faced by SMEs by developing the competence and strategic thinking within the organization using well-researched Organization Development and strategic management principles, in the thrust areas of:

How The Program Works

The program is divided into 4 parts, called Waves. The first wave consists of 12 workshop days spread over a 6 months’ period, followed by the second wave of 100 hours of personal coaching sessions covering five senior level managers and the owner.

The third wave is of 80 hours of management consulting across a number of departments. And in the final wave of 28 hours, our consultants assist in developing a Growth Accelerating Plan for the next 5 to 10 years. In essence, it is 300 hours of intervention targeting individuals, team and the organization, using the training, coaching and consulting methods.

The BGA from the firm’s perspective is a process of 300 hours. These 300 hours are the time that the organisation collaborates with ACG Coaches, and such collaborations will be in multiple forms of interventions – training programs, experiential activities, diagnostic testing, team brainstorming, project works, organisational study, employee interviews, presentations and report preparations. These 300 hours get allocated into each Wave mentioned above based on requirements. On an approximate basis, the division will be as follows
